WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT ENTAIL?

The therapy comprises an assessment of body posture, mobilisation of the body, and targeted application of manual techniques to specific areas of concern.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Currently, we are only accepting appointments through our online booking system. To reserve your appointment, please visit our booking portal. After making your payment, a confirmation screen will appear. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

 

WHERE IS YOUR CENTRE LOCATED?

Our location is at 70 Shenton Way, EON SHENTON, #15-06/07 Singapore 079118. Upon arrival, kindly register with the guard who will then guide you to the lift and activate the floor you need to go to via the Commercial Wing. When you reach the 15th floor, please walk to the end of the longer corridor where our centre is located.

 

The nearest MRT station is Tanjong Pagar MRT (Nearest exit H). You can walk towards the MAS building as the EON Shenton building is right next to it. If you are driving, there is parking available at Lumiere (opposite EON Shenton).

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR WHEN SEEKING TREATMENTS?

We recommend that you wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothing during your treatment as there will be a lot of stretching involved. For female clients, we suggest wearing comfortable pants or slacks and well-covered tops to ensure maximum comfort during the treatment process.

CAN I EAT BEFORE THE TREATMENT?

Yes, you can have a light meal before your treatment.

HOW LONG IS THE TREATMENT SESSION?

The duration of the treatment is typically around 30-45 minutes, depending on your condition. However, we cannot provide an estimate for the waiting time as our schedule may vary depending on the patients’ conditions throughout the day.

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

It is possible to reschedule your appointment online via the link in the confirmation email up to three days prior to your appointment, subject to availability. If you encounter any difficulties, please feel free to send us a message on WhatsApp at +65 88268265.

 

Please note that we are unable to accommodate rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the scheduled appointment. This is because such requests can significantly disrupt our operational flow and lead to longer waiting times for our customers. We appreciate your kind understanding in this matter.

CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +65 88268265. Please be aware that cancelling your appointment will result in an administration fee, which will be charged as follows:

 

  1. a) SGD50 for cancellations made up to 3 days in advance of the appointment
  2. b) SGD100 for cancellations made within 3 days of the appointment.

 

IF I HAVE OTHER MEDICAL CONDITION, DO I NEED TO DECLARE?

Upon arrival for your treatment, you will be asked to complete a form, and you can indicate any relevant medical conditions at that time. If our team determines that it’s not suitable to proceed with the treatment, we will refund the remaining balance after charging a consultation fee of SGD50. CAN I REQUEST FOR TREATMENT ON A SPECIFIC PART OF THE BODY ONLY?

At SGTT, we aim to achieve holistic balance in the body, which aligns with the core principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Our approach recognises that an injury or pain in a specific area is often a manifestation of a broader imbalance within the entire body. Therefore, merely treating the affected area may only provide temporary relief. Our comprehensive full-body treatment sessions are designed to restore equilibrium to the body as a whole, ensuring sustained and long-term relief.

I HAVE THIS XXX CONDITION, CAN THE TREATMENT HELP?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an accurate answer without conducting an assessment. It is necessary to evaluate the actual condition on the day of treatment to determine the appropriate course of action.

CAN I MAKE INSURANCE CLAIMS?

We are able to issue a standard receipt upon request, which includes your full name, the date and cost of the service, and a description of the treatment provided. However, please note that we do not provide diagnoses or breakdowns on the receipt. For matters related to insurance, please consult with your insurance specialists.
